If Hannah was born around 1714, daughter of Paul and Rebecca Basford/Beresford, then yes. I don't know anything more about Hannah's marriage, but have a couple of Beresfords marrying Elses a little later in time.
I also have details from the following Wills which may be of use:
1. Joseph Beresford, died 28th October, 1780 and proved 13th November, 1780:
Beneficiaries: Brother: Paul Beresford, and his son Paul Thomas Beresford, and his son Job of Ashover
Nephew: George Beresford
Others: William Else of Wooley Moor ******* Hannah Else of Wooley Moor ******* Henry Buxton of Ashover (executor) Job Mather of Hillhouses James Mather of Ashover, his son James William Cufrit of Shirland Austin Cufrit of North Wingfield Rebecca Cufrit, widow, of Shetton, her son William Dorothy Brown, wife of William, of Kirk Ireton Paul Bower of Skegby Joseph Young, tailor, of Wirksworth Anne Berks, wife of Jacob, of Ashover Mary Smith, widow, her son John The Poor of Matlock (12 penny loaves on every sacrament day for ever) William Godward (trustee)
The Estate was valued at under 20.
2. Job Beresford, shoemaker of Lead Mills, Wooley Moor, dated 23rd September, 1798, proved 10th April, 1799:
Wife: Sarah
Sons: John Berrisford (executor) Job Berrisford

3. Sarah's will, (Widow of Ashover, died March 1812) proved 13th October, 1812:

Hope that proves of interest:-)
