In 1844 at the time of his marriage he was a Shopman at Dorset St, Lambeth. 9
In 1848 at the time of son Henry's birth he was a Labourer living at 1 Eltham Street, Locksfields, Walworth. 10
In 1851 he was a Porter living at 3 Victory Place, Newington with wife and two children. 11
In 1861 he was a Labourer Tower living at 48 St Andrews Road, Newington with wife and two children. 12
In Feb 1870 at the time of son Henry's marriage he was a Foreman at Woolwich Arsenal. 13
In 1871 he was a Foreman Woolwich Arsenal living at 4 Earls Street, Plumstead, Greenwich with wife and grandson, alsmost certainly Henry Joseph Faulkner although recorded as what looks like John Henry Faulkner, 3, born Walworth.
In 1881 he was a Pensioner living at 13 Rathbone Street, West Ham with wife. 14
In Dec 1887 at the time of his death at the Union Workhouse, Leyton, he was recorded as having been a Stores Foreman of West Ham. Sarah was recorded as living at 40 Stephensons Road, Newington. 2
Henry married Sarah Ann Allen, daughter of Henry Allen and Eliza Warren, on 24 Nov 1844 in Lambeth.1 2 (Sarah Ann Allen was born on 29 Aug 1821 in Lambeth, Surrey 15, christened on 8 Feb 1824 in St George The Martyr, Southwark, , Surrey, England 16 and died in 1901 in West Ham, Essex 17 18.)
