The most likely of these is William Taylor m Hannah Meakens 5 Oct 1708 (the other is Ralf Taylor of Dale and Anne Birch of Ockbrook 28 Mar 1698 - date ok and but no family names and no direct connection to Sandiacre).

Update20050721: based on information supplied by Jenifer Redpath it seems that Katherine's parents were William and Elizabeth (maybe a 2nd wife?).
