William married Mary Jane Doar, daughter of John Doar and Mary Butler, on 29 Oct 1849 in Stapleford, Notts.1 2 (Mary Jane Doar was christened on 13 Feb 1831 in Stapleford, Notts 6 and died Jul to Sep 1890 in Shardlow.)
