Chronology: He worked as a Soldier in 1850 and resided at Caithness. 2 He worked as a Ploughman. 3
James had a relationship with Christian Mackay, daughter of William Mackay and Janet Mackay.1 (Christian Mackay was born in 1810 in Farr, Sutherland 4, christened on 16 Sep 1810 in Farr, Sutherland 5 and died on 24 Feb 1883 in Lunatic Asylum, Sunnyside, Montrose, Angus 6.) |
