SS (California) - various web sites, lists, letters, emails, My great, great grandmother was Mary Coxon, born about 1797 in Spondon married William Doar, born 23 March 1789, Sandiacre, 27 December 1813, Sandiacre. I believe her father to be Peter Coxon born about 13 February 1772 Spondon and mother Sarah Theobald born about 3 June 1770 Spondon. They were married 24 July 1792. I do not have a death date for William Doar (there are several) or Mary Coxon Doar (of course, there are several), or Peter Coxon. It has been some time since I have worked with Sandiacre records.
