Letter - Samantha Ward 1998 Thornhill tree, ..and this Notts-L posting ... Hi listers Am looking for descendants of THORNHILL in Beeston. Siblings John(Jack) b.1875, Frederick b. 1878, Herbert b.1880, Richard b.1885, Samuel b.1889, Elizabeth b.1890. Parents Samuel and Mary Thornhill. There was also Catherine(Caroline)b.1883, my great-grandmother. Am trying to find desendants of her siblings. Jack(living in Long Eaton) emigrated to Philadelphia, USA and another brother to Germany in the early part of the century with lace making machines. Hoping someone may recognise the family. Thanks.
