It is possible that Elizabeth is not Obadiah's mother - the 1851 census entry is unclear but may read "mother-in-law" which could mean she was his step mother.

[Update - The 1817 marriage seems to confirm that she was step mother. Somerton is just a few miles north of Cavendish given as her birthplace in 1851 and about 25k west of Needham Market. Was Drew her married name?]
[Update - it seems she was O's stepmother and in 1817 she was a widow and drew her earlier married name.
haven't found her in 1841 yet - note that widowed Elizabeth in Chelmondiston was wife of Robert Lucas according to 1820 b of son John.
