Cloth in 1841 and resided at Water Street, Uplyme. 4 (with wife and family - note that Robert Hayball, 35, carpenter, and family is close by in the Black Dog Inn) He worked as a Police Constable in 1851 and resided at Stepney, Middlesex, England. 2 He worked as a Police Sergeant in 1861 and resided at Great Ilford, Essex, England. 5 He retired from the Metropolitan Police between 1867 and 1869. 6 He worked as an In 6th Dragoon Guards before 1833. 7 Samuel married Elizabeth Ellett. (Elizabeth Ellett was born circa 1817 in Lyme Regis, Dorset, England and died in Mar 1879 in West Ham, Essex, England 8.) Samuel next married Joanna Cooper circa Sep 1879 in West Ham R.D., Essex, England. (Joanna Cooper was born circa 1825 in Hornchurch, Essex, England.) |
