Isaac Hayball ²

  General Notes:

According to IGI there are two Isaacs baptised in 1809, the son of Isaac and Mary Forsey and the son of Robert and Mary Lucas (my line). Records suggest only one Isaac survived and I'm guessing it was this one. My family stories always suggested that Robert b1815 had no surviving close relatives in England other than his half brother Francis. The two families seem close and were both involved in the building trade and it is interesting to note that aftert the death of his parents and the emigration of Robert and Charlotte, Francis and his sister were living next door to Isaac b1776, widower of Mary Forsey.

He worked as an Engine Smith in 1861 and resided at 8 Jolly Lane, Bristol, Gloucestershire. ⁶ (lodger)

He worked as an Engine Fitter in 1871 and resided at 12 Tignmouth St, Bristol. ⁷ (with wife Jane)

He worked as a Living on Income in 1881 and resided at 104 City Rd, Bristol. ⁸ (with wife and wife's sister)

Isaac married Jane Hartland in 1866 in Bristol (reg).¹ (Jane Hartland was born Cal 1820 in Bristol ⁸ and died in 1900 in Bristol (reg) ⁹.)
