There seems to be only one Eli Moorhouse marriage to a Mary in the right period but unfortunately there are two "Mary"s. I'm guessing Mary Moorhouse is the right one - a cousin maybe?

He worked as a Woollen Manufacturer in 1861 and resided at New Mill, Kirkburton, Yorkshire. ⁴ (with wife and 5 children)

He worked as a Wool Manufacturer employing 121 hands in 1871 and resided at "Grove House", Wooldale, Yorkshire. ⁵ (with wife and six children including widowed Lydia Lindley - also her son John Eli Lindley)

He worked as a Woollen Manufacturer in 1881 and resided at "Grove House", Wooldale, Yorkshire. ² (with wife and 4 children including Lydia Chamberlain with her two daughtesr)

Eli married Mary Moorhouse in 1844 in Huddersfield (reg).¹ (Mary Moorhouse was born Cal 1823 in New Mill, Kirkburton, Yorkshire ⁵ and died in 1906 in Huddersfield (reg) ⁶.)
