  General Notes:

In 1851 there are only 6 Ann Wards of roughly the right age in the Glasgow area and of the 5 north of the river one is alive in 1861 (husband Francis), and one has a daughter Ann (1 yo). There is an Ann K Ward, 36, b Antrim Ireland, Married, an inmate what is probably the poorhouse, Parish of Barony (the page is untitled and I didn't check previous pages for the insitution name. ) and an Ann Ward, 28, b Glasgow, Unm., working as a general servant for a William Findlay, widower of Ro(i)se St, Barony. These first looks most likely.

Ann married William Ward. (William Ward died before Sep 1858 ^{3 4}.)
