  General Notes:

The birthplace and burial date come from an LDS tree. The birthplace seems to contradict the 1841 census which has her born "N"ot in Somerset and the burial date of 16th Jan 1841 seems to contradict the only likely freebmd death in 1842.

Update: Her death certificate dates her death at 9th Jan 1842 so until something else crops up I'll assume that her burial was 16th Jan 1842 not 1841 which could be consider a bit premature.
