Phillip married Sarah Gloins on 29 Mar 1805 in Chard, Somerset, England.1 (Sarah Gloins was born Cal 1780 in not Somerset 4 and died on 11 Dec 1846 in Parish of Chard 5.)

  Marriage Notes:

Neither the Banns nor the Marriage entry give anything other than Sarah GLOINS was of the Parish of Chard but, interestingly, Sarah signed the register, whereas Philip made his mark. The witnesses don't help either: H.CHAPMAN and John BENNETT appear regular signatories during this period.
