General Notes:
I have given Ann the surname Kirkby based on the 1841C having a Martha Kirkby, 50, Undertaker, living with the family; the two daughters named Martha; a Martha Kirkby, 49, on the same ship to NY and the 1860 Michigan census with a Jane Hickby, 73, b England, living with the family. ( The name Hickby is extremely rare and looks like Kirkby and we have one daughter "Martha Jane".)
Ann married Samuel Hayball, son of (Source of ) Hayball and Unknown, before Jul 1837. (Samuel Hayball was born Cal 1812 in Lancashire 1 and died before 1880 4.)
