Next door is Mary French b1801, with Jane b1826 and (twins?) Sarah and John b1831. This is also close by the home in Green Gate Street of his father Charles French b1795 . 6

He worked as an Ag. Lab in 1861 and resided at Stanfield's Cottage, Plaistow, West Ham. 2
He worked as a Field Labourer in 1862 and resided at Greengate Street, Plaistow. 8
Charles married Mary Ann Holland, daughter of Jonathan Holland and Unknown, on 10 Sep 1837 in Dagenham Parish Church, Essex.1 (Mary Ann Holland was born Cal 1821 in Plaistow, Essex 9 10 11 and died after 1871 12.)
